The hotel offers fantastic value for money with affordable prices and great attention to detail. The breakfast selection is delicious and satisfies all tastes.

Hotel is much to expensive. Service is bad! Staff is not well trained. Wake up call ... never received. Breakfast stressful and exhausting.

Design of hotel is very simple and nice. Breakfast should have omellet station to order.

On my stay, the toilet has an aroma smell, the toilet closet is not well fixed that make the smell to the whole room. Can't locate sign board of the hotel as it is located behind the gas station.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bandung and was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a big window that offered a stunning view. The king-size bed and sofa added an extra touch of luxury to the room. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options, both traditional and western style, ensuring there was something for everyone's taste.

Very polite and pleasant staff (front office, housekeeping, f&b, maintenance); clean and modern rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows; shuttle to airport/ train station.

Did not get my wake-up call on day of departure; front office staff could be more attentive and helpful; no place to put toiletries in the shower cubicle; no WiFi in rooms!

Enjoyed my weekend at this hotel. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a small refrigerator included. the complementary breakfast was tasty and offered various options. the location was convenient, located near the highway entrance and only a short distance from local attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacked some amenities such as a swimming pool or gym. the parking area was small and located next to a petrol station.

1. This hotel is the worst I ever stay in, they called me at 10.30 evening just to sign the forms that they forgot to ask. They even argue that it should be done that evening, can not be postponed till morning. I told them no. But they already made us uncomfortable that night, by calling us so late in the evening especially with my mom which is already old 2. Driver's room that I booked include breakfast, but during my 3 days stay, they only give 1 day breakfast to my driver 3. Breakfast time is 6-10 AM, but at 08.00 AM most of the foods has nothing left and they didn't bother to refill

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a perfect space for relaxing and resting. The hotel's location, close to the toll road and in a residential area, was convenient for my travel needs. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the airport was a major advantage, making my transportation to and from the airport hassle-free.

Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king-sized bed. the bathroom was modern and well-designed. the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a room upgrade and excellent service. the breakfast had a good variety of options. it was a great experience, especially considering the convenient location near the airport.

The parking lot was quite small, which was a bit inconvenient.
